Richard, while hordes of creatures of every species behave in the same manner that Jean Henri Fabre has discovered, a few of them do break the pattern and in the best of circumstances become true leaders and guide that species in a new and progressive direction. Human species is no different but fortunately members of this group get a lot of opportunities to break free of the crowd and set their own path. It does, however, require that little extra grain of courage, a spark or a desire to be better that can propel someone to tread the uncharted trail. The consequences may turn out to be laudable success or at worst, an experiment that would still be a useful lesson to future adventurers. The same principles apply to job seekers of today. Thanks for sharing the findings of this experiment.
